The story of Global Pictures and Illumination Entertainment's Minions begins at the dawn of time. Opening as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually acting the most despicable of masters. Next accidentally killing off so many with regards to them—from T. rex to Napoleon—the Minions find themselves without a master within serve and fall into a clear depression.
But one Minion known Kevin has a plan, and he—alongside teenage rebel Stuart and loving little Bob—ventures out into the world to find a new-found evil boss for his brethren to follow.
The trio embarks with an adventure that ultimately prospective leads them to their next potential lead, Scarlet Overkill (Academy Award® successful Sandra Bullock), the world's first-ever female super-villain. They travel with frigid Antarctica to 1960s Ny city, ending in mod London, where by they must face their biggest trouble to date: saving all of Minionkind…from kamikaze.
Minions is set for release forward June 26th in the UK and September 10th in the States.
